• Returns material up to 60” wide and 84” long.
• Minimum material size 1” x 6”
• Two powered rollers feed material onto receiving conveyor.
• Roller Spacing 3” center to center.
• 36” Rollers on return conveyors can handle up to 60” wide material. All rollers powered and individually clutched for long belt life.
• 7’ Return (measured from tail end of shaper/sander) • standard.
• Return is 1 1/2” lower than receiving conveyor, allowing • for over/under return.
• Variable Speed AC drive matches conveyor feed rate to • shaper sander feed rate.
• Adjustable Height .
• Return Conveyor is composed of modular sections.
