#80P
introduced in 1992
The wrench has a linearin/out motion and the Panel
Flattener cylinders are mounted behind and below the
carriage. The clamp rest slides in and out and the
carriage track is stationary.
#80R introduced in 1996
This machine is the same as the #80P, except it is
powered by hydraulics making it quieter and faster.
#80X introduced in 2000
The hydraulic system incorporates a proportional valve
controlled by the programmable controller. The controller
monitors and measures machine outputs, creating a self-calibrating
machine. The unit also comes with “Smart
Clamp” software for posting production, diagnostic,
and downtime reports.
#80Z introduced in 2002
This machine is similar to the 80X, yet incorporates
a sliding track for the tightener carriage and more
open design for better maintenance.
#80ZP introduced in 2004
This machine is pneumatic like the 80P, yet incorporates
the same carriage designs as the #80Z. |
